Announcing end of phone support for EOL Vertical products
Vertical Communications is announcing the end of phone support for EOL (End-of-Life) products. Starting May 24, 2010 Vertical Communications will no longer provide phone support for EOL products.
Vertical Communications and System Communications will provide ‘best effort’ support as long as parts are available. System Communications has a limited amount of stock for some of these products and a “first come, first serve” effort will be made to service your product. Once stock has run out on these products it will be very difficult to properly service these products.
This change will enable Vertical and System Communications to allocate more resources to our current product lines and to provide a more timely response to our community on our next-generation products.
