PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AS YOUR PHONE SYSTEM MAY BE AT END OF LIFE (EOL)

 

Vertical Vodavi STS Discontinuance

LG-Ericsson is discontinuing the production of the STS product. Vertical is therefore announcing the discontinuance of the STS product effective March 31, 2011. Vertical will continue to sell this product until March 31, 2011 or while supplies last.

Vertical Communications and System Communications will provide ‘best effort’ support as long as parts are available. System Communications has a limited amount of stock for some of these products and a “first come, first serve” effort will be made to service your product. Once stock has run out on these products it will be very difficult to properly service these products.

This change will enable Vertical and System Communications to allocate more resources to our current product lines and to provide a more timely response to our community on our next-generation products.
