You will then be taken to a page with an example of your phone's template and a form to enter your information.
Please fill your company information and what you want to see on the template.
Press the preview button to review your entries. Push the back button to make changes. Otherwise press the Send Button to submit your information to System Communications.
Somebody will be in contact with you about your template within 24-48 hours.
